Love Thursday

This is one of my favorite pictures. They are my grandparents. This picture was taken in 1936 when my grandmother was pregnant with their first child (my uncle). They were married for over fifty years when my grandmother died. They had four children, three boys & one girl. Their home was open to everyone. They almost always had someone in addition to their kids living with them, her parents, sister, niece, whoever needed a place to stay. They did all this with a three bedroom house! The love you see in this picture from 1936 is the same love they had over fifty years later. Boy, I miss them.
